Tick... Tick... Tick... All of a sudden, an alarm rang from the insides of my pocket. Phew, it was finally six o' clock, I can knock off from work now! Sweeping everything on my table into my suitcase in one huge gesture, I headed straight to the car park after saying goodbye to my colleagues.
With the radio and air-conditioner switched on, and the image of my family and a warm dinner waiting for me, I felt relaxed and started the journey back home in a good mood. It was at Yishun Avenue 1 when I slowed down as the speed limit here was slower than on the highway.
Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a blue Mazda RX-8 that overtook me with surprising speed. I caught up with it just in time to be the witness to a terrible accident.
The Mazda appeared to have flipped over a guardrail and crashed into the side of a hill. The glass panes were shattered, the doors flung opened, and even one of its wheel was sent flying off due to the impact of the crash. The entire body of the car was wreaked.
I slowed down and got off my car immediately. I couldn't ignore such a serious car accident. I founded my handphone in a surprisingly short time and dialled for the Police and the ambulance.
I snapped a shot of the mangled wreak, I am prepared to send it to The Straits Times as it would surely make headlines.
After the Police arrived, I answered some questions and returned home for my dinner, ready to spill the events that just took place to my family. It was certainly a eventful day.

After a hard day's work,I was listening to my radio on my car, when "BOOM!!"a piercing sound pierced through my ears.I immediately stepped on the brake and parked my car aside.I got off the car, taking out my handphone and phoned the hospital's hotline.I then took the picture of the wrecked car.
Soon the ambulance arrived and the four men,who were conscious, with cuts and minor injuries on their faces and shoulders were brought onto the ambulance and brought to Changi General Hospital. There have been 29 people who lost their lives on the road in the past 2 years.

Feeling terribly exhausted after such a long and tiring day, I drove home in my car with the windscreen wound down and the songs blasting as I tapped to the rhythm of the beat. Driving along Yishun Avenue 1, I heard a tremendous "boom" and got a shock of my life upon seeing what had actually happened. A almost-new Mazda had flipped over a guardrail and up the side of a hill! The car was a mangled wreck, with fragments of glass and bits of other damaged parts all over the ground. I recovered from my shock quickly, took a picture of the horrendous sight and sent it to The Straits Times portal Stomp. Thank goodness, the four men escaped death with cuts and minor injuries to their faces and shoulders. After this horrifying incident, I myself learnt a lesson too and I promise never to allow these accidents to befall on me. Let this be a lesson taught to all drivers too, don't ever speed and talk on the phone oblivious to the surroundings. Be extra careful when driving as it concerns the life of the passengers, not only you. Always remember, speeding can kill!

Driving along Yishun Avenue 1, I almost fell asleep after a hard day's work. As i leaned over the steering wheel, my head slammed onto the steering wheel and I gained consciousness and stepped on the brakes immediately. My head was singing afterwards.
Suddenly, a brand new Mazda Rx-8 zoomed past me and the next thing i knew, the brand new car flipped over the railing and up the hillside.I was shocked upon witnessing this terrible accident.
After skidding to a stop, the once brand new car looked just like a gigantic crushed can. One of its wheels also flew out due to the impact. My first reaction was to whip out my cell phone to phone for the police and the hospital, not forgetting the STOMP. I also took a picture of the mangled wreck.
A police car and two ambulances arrived at the scene. The car was so badly crushed and I thought that there should not be any survivors.
Surprisingly, four men in their early twenties came out of the car with some abrasions and shoulder injuries despite the condition of the badly crushed car.
After this incident, I was afraid of losing my life and I will shout at my father to slow down the speed if I ever catch him speeding.

Steering the driver’s wheel, I sat comfortably in the driver’s seat driving along Yishun Avenue 1, heading home under the afternoon sun. However, the peaceful atmosphere was interrupted by an alarming and terrifying scene. A series of events happened in a speedy few seconds and left me dumbfounded.
Regaining my senses, I was aghasted to see a Mazda RX-8 flipped over and up the side of the hill. My first instincts were to report the accident and capture a photograph of the badly-crushed car. Fortunately, it was a non-fatal accident as both the driver and passengers only suffered some minor injuries.
Another car accident had once again happen to young drivers. I hoped that all these accidents that had happened should make a stern warning for the other drivers to be more aware of their safety while driving on the road.

I was driving home from work, along Yishun Avenue 1 while listening to the radio broadcast when I came upon a shocking scene. An almost-new Mazda RX-8 flipped over a guardrail and up the side of a hill. I phoned for the police and ambulance and took a picture of the mangled wreck immediately.
Initially I thought the people in the car had died on the spot, but luckily for the four men in the car, they escaped the wreck with just cuts and minor injuries. They were taken, conscious, to Changi General Hospital.
Accidents like this could be avoided if drivers would be more cautious and careful when driving. It is the responsibility of a driver to drive carefully to ensure the pedestrians' and their own safety and to avoid innocent lives being lost.

Feeling extremely tired after a hard day's work, I drove home listlessly and was practically oblivious to the surroundings around me.To make it worse for me, I was caught in a major traffic jam.
Travelling along Yishun Avenue 1, I heard a thunderous sound and was shocked to see a Mazda RX 8 had flipped over a guardrail and up the side of a hill. The car was so badly battered that it was beyond repair.Beside the car, there were many people and they were whispering among themselves in hushed tones.
Feeling worried for the victims, I informed the ambulance and the police. After that, I quickly took out my handphone and took a picture of the wrecked car . Then, I sent the picture to the Straits Times postal Stomp. The victims turned out to be four men in their 20s. Lucky for them, they survived the crash with only minor cuts and injuries to their faces and shoulders.
After this accident, I hope this can act as a stern warning to the other drivers to drive carefully so as to avoid unnecessary accidents from occurring.

I was driving home one day when I saw this car accident on Yishun avenue 1 . I was caught a traffic jam round the band of Yishun avenue 1. I was getting frustrated as i waited for the traffic
jam to clear. Just then something caught my attention, it was a wrecked car, I knew instantly
that it was a quite new mazda RX-8. The front of the car was a total wreckage and i thought at first that the driver and the passengers had died on the spot but to my surprise i saw four people with bleeding forehead and arms. I could not believe my eyes at first the driver and the passengers were fine except for a few minor cuts around the arms and on the forehead. Just then the jam in front is starting to clear. i took out my mobile phone and snapped some of the car's photograph.
When I got home that day, i posted the photograph on "THE STRAITS TIME PORTAL STOMP" and I realised that the accident could had been prevented if the driver is more cautious in his driving and he must also be RESPONSIBLE for the lives of his passengers.

I saw a Mazda fly off the road and flip over the guardrail with tremendous impact . As it tumbled onto the hilly part of the other side of the guardrail , I noticed that the car was badly wrecked . I immediately fished out my handphone and called the ambulance hotline . After that , I snapped a picture of the mangled car . Then, something caught my eye. A blue-coloured Mazda RX-8 had flipped over a guardrail and had landed onto the pavement up the side of the hill! The car. which looked like a new car a few seconds before, was now totally wrecked! After I called the police and the hospital to get help, I immediately took a picture with my handphone of the badly damaged car and sent it to The Straits Times portal Stomp. It was a miracle to know that the 4 young people inside, who are in their early 20's, made it out alive and they only suffered minor injuries and cuts to their faces and shoulders. After witnessing this accident, I hoped that lesser accidents will occur this year.

After knocking off from work, I went home straight for my lunch. I drove past Yishun Avenue 1 and caught sight of a wrecked blue Mazda RX-8 which flipped over a guardrail and up the side of the hill. I was practically stunned by the scene in front of me. I came to a halt and walked towards the crowd. Its lucky for the young drivers to survive at such great impact while the car flipped over. If this continues, they will most probably lose their lives one day. I feel that they should pay attention while driving, as driving on road is dangerous. It should not be taken lightly as well because oneself could cause someones life or own self's life.

After knocking off from a hard day’s work, I was on my way home at about 1 p.m. I was at Yishun Avenue 1 when I noticed a wrecked Blue Mazda RX-8 which flipped over a guardrail and up the side of a hill. I took a picture of the wrecked car and sent it to the STOMP after finding out that the police were aware of the matter. The previous accident resulted in five deaths, thus, the four passengers that were involved in this accident were luckier as they escaped from the Mazda with only cuts and minor injuries on their faces and shoulders. They were taken, conscious, to Changi General Hospital.
Young drivers should be more careful when driving vehicles. In year 2006, out of 1,283 drivers who were injured, 250 drivers were under 30. This shows that many young drivers get into fatal accidents.

{ 8:52 PM } ; personal recount

I knocked off from work after an exhausting day. I decided to take a short-cut that was an almost deserted one, even though my instincts warned me that something unpredictable was going to happen.
I drove steathily yet fast on the quiet and peaceful road. Suddenly, something blue at the side of the road caught my eye. This time, I drove very very slowly towards the blue thing. When I finally came close enough to see what it was, I was shocked and quickly call the police. There, was 4 semi-concious young men, no more that 30, howling in agony beside their crushed, smashed and wrekked blue mazda.
I immediately took out my camera, after calling the police, to take some snapshots of the shiny car. It seemed very new, "what a waste" I thought as the car was really very beautiful, compared to my old and lousy Honda.
The sirens of the ambulance and police car finally arrived after a short while of akward silence between the almost dead vitims and I. The peramedics put the bodies on the stretcher and left, leaving the police officers behind to take my statement. I said all I knew and then I was free to go. I gave the 'Straits Times' the picture that I took earlier on, so that they could publish it. ( and anyway, 'Straits Times' is always my favourite newspaper to read, since the past 10 years)
I drove home feeling exhausted, yet satisfied, as i had done a good deed, saving 4 yong lives...

I just knocked off from work and drove in my car, feeling tired as always.Wanting to reach home immediately,I drove using a shortcut which would pass by Yishun Avenue 1.As I drove by,a horrible sight caught my eye.A badly crushed, blue Mazda was lying over the guardrail,up the side of a hill.I was incredibly shock at the sight of this.Several curious people were also crowding around trying to be clear of the situation.I pulled my car to a halt and alighted to see if there was any way that i could help. From what I heard from the crowd, someone had already informed this matter to the ambulance and police.Four young people were in that car and miraculously, they were all conscious and had survive through this incident. Then,I remembered having my camera with me,so I immediately took a photograph of the mangled wreck and sent it to The Straits Times portal Stomp. After witnessing this accident,I realised how unpredictable accidents would happen in life. So,I prayed hard and hope that lesser of these accidents would happen.

Exhausted, I drived home from a hard day of work. I felt so relaxed when I listened to the music in my car. Unfortunately, I was caught in a traffic jam. Later, I found out that it was caused by a fatal car accident that happened along Yishun Avenue 1. With 4 young men inside the car, the almost-new blue Mazda flew off and flipped over a guardrail and onto the pavement at Yishun Avenue 1. I fished out my handphone immediately, took the picture of the wrecked car and sent it to Stomp. The four young men were sent to the Changi General Hospital, with everyone conscious at that time. I was very flabbergasted as this accident could be fatal; the four men were very lucky to have escaped from the gates of hell! Here, I advise everybody to concentrate when driving and do not consume any alcoholic drinks, as it may cause such more of these accidents to happen.

It flipped over a guardrail and up the side of a hill. The car was a mangled wreck. I was so shocked! It had been the third serious incident here in less that a month. I could not understand why people keep getting involved in car accidents and most of the time it was the youngsters who are driving the cars recklessly. I hoped that the four young people in the car will be safe.

It was a tiring day for me today. Knocked off later then usual...What else could I have done? Paper works piling up, awaiting me to complete them and place them into a new environment. In short, lots of work.
I was enjoying the songs played across the radio on my way back home, to the most comfortable place in my flat. There was bad traffic, jammed at Yishun Avenue 1. I was humming along to the song, ''Jenny", when I saw many a huge commotion going on as if there were freebies being given out. I went to take a closer look, and was utterly surprised by what was in front of my eyes. There was a wreaked Mazda RX-8, flipped over a guardrail onto the pavement. Heard that 4 was injured, no deaths, fortunately for them. I took a picture of the wrecked car and sent it to Strates Times. Hope they could publish it, to let the youngsters know that there's been an increasing non-fatal accidents that young drivers have been getting into. That is all for now. Need a nice warm bath now.

I was on my way home in my silver colour car after all those tiring tasks I had to settle at work. After a hard day's work, I rewarded myself by listening to some music played on the radio, entering world of music, and at the same time distressing myself.
However, a traffic jam occurred on my way back home. Many curious drivers were sticking their heads out of their car windows.I did not want to be ignorant and missed out on any news, therefore joined in.A wrecked and mangled Mazda R-X was in sight. The scene was terrifying and chaotic. The Mazda had flipped over a guardrail and up the side of a hill!
I immediately took a photograph of the ill-fated car and also the picture of the accident, then sent it to the STOMP portal. It was a relief that the victims managed to escape with minor injuries.I hope that people can be more aware about road safety.

I was on my way home from work after a hectic day. Enjoying the ventilation in my car, I was mentally calm and relaxed. The soothing music playing from my favourite playlist distressed me. I was rushing home, and thoughts of comfort at home gave me a greater sense of urgency. Unfortunately, I was frustratingly stuck in a heavy traffic. It was due to a spectacular crash. Drivers curiously craned their necks to catch a glimpse of the accident. The car was badly damaged, but luckily, the four on the car escaped safely. It was really a relief. While waiting impatiently for the sluggish traffic to advance, I took out my handphone to snap pictures of the damaged car. I sent it to The Straits Time Portal Stomp. I felt sorry for the victims of the accident and hoped that people will be more caution of road safety.

The scene was horrifying. Concerned about the victims, I immediately dialed for the ambulance and police and took a photo of the mangled wrecked car. Both arrived shortly. It was indeed lucky for the four victims to escape death with cuts and injuries on their faces. I sent the photo to the Straits Time portal STOMP. But if this happens again, I wonder what would be the consequences. The passengers could have lost their life! Young drivers should be more careful in driving as most of the accidents that happened in Singapore are due to them. They should not be so irresponsible. All drivers should pay more attention when they are driving, accidents can happen at any time. You cannot predict it.

As usual, I have to go along Yishun Avenue 1 to reach the street I live in. When I looked out of the window suddenly, I saw something unbelievable. It was a guardrail that was missing in one part. I thought it was some naughty people who have nothing better to do so as to vandalize the guardrail. However, when I got down to take a closer look, I saw a wrecked Mazda RX-8 with four men climbing out of it. I knew immediately that an accident had happened. I summoned the police and the ambulance. I was heading home at around 1p.m. after work, wishing for a long nap in my house. Driving along
Yishun Avenue 1, i suddenly spotted a badly crushed Blue Mazda RX-8 lying on the side of a hill.
The almost-new Mazda had flipped over a guardrail and flew up into the air onto the hill. I took a picture of the mangled wreck and sent it to the Straits Times portal Stomp after calling the police and ambulance. They arrived within minutes and gave the passengers a quick check-up. Fortunately, the four men travelling in the car had escaped with only minor injuries to their faces and shoulders. I shudder to think of what would have happened if the men were less careful. I felt very relieved as they would certainly be in a worse state if I had not turned up and helped them. Young drivers who are in their early 20s should be more careful as many of them lose their lives due to road accidents. Fooling around on the roads is definitely not encouraged and road safety measures should be followed at all times as you do not know when an accident may happen.

I was driving home in my red Toyota, as usual, after a hard day's labour. My car was travelling along Yishun Avenue 1 towards Seletar Club Road, when I noticed a blue Mazda on the grass beside the road. Out of curiosity, I parked my car and motioned towards it. The vehicle seemed to have flipped over the guardrail and looked quite badly crushed. The car's windscreen was shattered and twisted metal was all that was left! I was shocked upon seeing this horrifying sight. I took a picture of the vehicle with my cellphone and sent it to The Straits Times portal Stomp, as I thought that it would raise the awareness of people about driving safely.

After work one day, driving my car on the usual route, usual speed, everything was normal. Except that at the corner of my eyes i noticed as i drove past Yishun avenue 1, a car hit the ditch n caused the whole car flying in midair, over the guardrail. There were four passengers in the car and they were struggling out. Having struggled out of the car, i called the ambulance and they came in no time. Meanwhile, i took the picture of this mangled car, and so showed it to the police as they came. Youngsters or even drivers nowadays must be beware of the dangers on the roads, driving now has become a highly risked thing to do if you play a fool. Conclusion is that roads safeties and measures are not to be meddled with, take extreme care while driving.

Without any delay, I whipped out my cell phone and summoned the police and ambulance. I also took a photo of the badly damaged car. Paramedics, pull out stretchers to put the four injured men on it. My heart was pounding against my ribcage at an amazing speed, I prayed hard for them, hoping that they will not die.

Phew! nobody was dead, it was a miracle, I felt proud of myself, as fortunately, I saw the incident and dialed for the help. I, maybe a small guy but this time, I definitely did something great! I also think that the cause of the accident goes down to the driver's sate of mind during that time, this is a warning to all driver: Concentrate on driving, and keep your mind in good state before you drive! Hi =))

Pertaining to Mrs. Tan suggestion, I may not have any class photos at present but I have a few favorite pictures of CCHY. Mrs. Tan, hope you do not mind if I upload the photos in this blog.

These photos were taken last year, when I was in P6 before I was officially posted to CCHY. I aimed to enter Chung Cheng (Yishun) since P6.

The recently released “O” levels result of Yishun Town Secondary School was good. I hope that CCHY would be able to achieve a better academic result in four years time, when our batch is taking the “O” levels. 1H-Ians, lets put more effort and strive in the “O” levels okay? =)) Cheers! =))

My dearest 1H,

Would you mind, please... use proper & grammatically correct sentences on the blog? This is to help you constantly practice good english wherever and whenever.

Practice makes perfect.

Glad you started posting. =)

Why u people is like treating this as a tagboard? well i know there's no tagboard but....*thinks* Maybe i know why now....forget what i said earlier i'm just being lame....erm @Neilson : i wrote "some" 'cause i tink the meaning is something like "these are the steps to overcome stress" but i dunno what can replace "these are" so i just put "some"...then who is the person that is online at 12pm+? Why you not in school?
