I had just knocked down from work after a tiring day and was sitting in my car, driving myself home. At that time, I longed for a shower as it was 1pm and was an unexpectally hot afternoon. Halfway to my house, something caught my attention. I stop my car along the road,Yishun Avenue 1, to have a better look at it. To my atmost horror, it was an almost-new Mazda which had flipped over a guardrail and up the side of a hill.I was shocked to see the mangled wreck of the car.I shuddered to think of what could have happened to the passengers inside. I immediately took a snap of the scene and sent it off to The Straits Times portal Stomp. I summoned the police and the ambulance. They arrived within minutes.When the police told me that no one was seriously injured, I felt that a stone had been removed from my back.They were indeeded very fortunate.Not everyone could survived an accident like that and that is why we had to be careful when driving.We should never get distracted. It is just too dangerous.
