Training was tough and fun, and under our 'mama's supervision, we played a what i call:

I'm seriously dozing off!!!

We did (15 x3)(2) 'v' shapes today and the same for back arch.. OUCH.

Mrs Tan walked pass, and she asked whether we enjoyed our training... UM...
Yup, I enjoyed it. It= the match part. :)

The rest was like: "oh my god.. I'm never surviving this!"

and as you can see (or, read,) I'm already HALF DEAD... -.-
