Most teenagers are quite self-centred nowadays supposedly because they tend to want to be better than other people. We probably may have thought they are self-centred as we do not understand their acts sometimes as we won't completely know what they are thinking not to mention the reasons behind their acts. Teenagers DO have values, at least I believe that all people have values just that whether they hide them or not. The acts of teenagers are often misunderstood by adults due to some reasons like generation gap, lack of communication, therefore they rebel so that they are able to get what they want, resulting in self-centred characters.
