I feel that the reason teens get rowdy is because they have no control over what they do. Its either their parents are not able to control them or they are irresponsible and do not want to control. Well, to be precise, not all parents are irresponsible. Sometimes, it's just that both parents are working and thus,do not have the time to teach their children. Another reason is that parents are filing for divorce. However, it may be the parents who use vulgarities at home when they themselves are quarreling. They just do not care whether if their children are around listening to their every words. They do not fit to be parents! Another reason is the influence of their peers in school. Some students like to dare others to do silly things like vandalising and they do it without realising what they will result in. Punishing them would not settle the problem, instead they will become more rowdy than ever as they become angrier.
